This Privacy Policy describes the types of information Indy College Football may collect from you or that you may provide to us when you: access our websites including indyfootball2022.com (collectively, “Sites”), register for our email newsletter or events, submit information to us, otherwise interact with us (collectively, our “Services”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information. Personal Information We Collect or Process

Information You Provide: Our Services collect Personal Information that you provide to us voluntarily. Indy College Football collects the information that you provide to us when you sign up to receive emails and newsletters, request information, or other activities where you provide information to us. We use this information to fulfill your request. Providing this information is voluntary. We may also collect Personal Information from publicly available sources.

Ticket Information: Indy College Football sells tickets in certain limited situations and also partners with Indy Championships Fund, Inc. in their sale of tickets. Tickets purchased through information provided by either Indy College Football or Indy Championships Fund, Inc. are processed through the online payment processor Stripe. Indy College Football does not receive credit card or other payment information from ticket sales. Any payment information provided as part of the sale of these tickets is masked and forwarded to Stripe for processing. For more information, please contact us.

Submissions: We may run certain features on the Sites that ask our users to submit certain information, such as our Teacher Stories. We may collect certain information from you when you make these submissions, such as contact information and the contents of your submission which may include Personal Information. By submitting content to us you acknowledge and agree we may use any submitted content on our Sites and Services, including in our social media and other feeds on other websites.

Information We Collect: Our Services may also capture Personal Information about you automatically by utilizing background technologies (“Cookies”) to improve the user experience. Information on how to modify your browser settings or how to block, manage or filter cookies can be found in your browser’s help file or through such websites as www.allaboutcookies.org. For example, if you purchase tickets through our partner Indy Championships Fund, Inc., your Personal Information including payment information will be processed to fulfill your order. Indy College Football also distributes newsletters and other publications to contacts of our organization and to those who’ve signed up for our newsletters on our Sites. If you wish to unsubscribe from communications from us, please use the link provided in the communication or contact us.

For example, we share information with Visit Indy who helps us operate our email newsletter.

Our Services are intended for adult audiences and we do not offer services directed to children.
